GoSellGoBuy is an AI-assisted real estate information, marketing, and inquiry service operated by Listplicity, LLC, referred to below as “GoSellGoBuy,” “we,” or “us.” GoSellGoBuy is not a real estate brokerage.

This notice explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information. Our service terms appear below. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through business privacy-request form.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you submit through chat, forms, property-research requests, and other interactions with the service. This may include:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, and communication preferences.
• Messages, AI responses, and relevant conversation history.
• Property addresses, buying or selling interests, budget, timeline, property condition, and other inquiry details.
• Requests for reports, professional introductions, or follow-up.
• Consent, disclosure, and opt-out records.

Our hosting, analytics, and security services may also process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, referring pages, campaign identifiers, and security or error events.

We may supplement property inquiries with public records, publicly available information, and information from research or property-data providers.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card information, passwords, identification documents, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information. Submit only information you are entitled to provide.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Answer questions and provide property research, reports, and other requested services.
• Review, qualify, organize, and manage inquiries.
• Respond to your interests and follow up on your real estate needs.
• Arrange professional introductions you request.
• Send relevant service information and promotional email where permitted.
• Understand inquiry sources, measure performance, improve the service, and troubleshoot problems.
• Prevent misuse, protect security, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

When you voluntarily submit contact information in connection with an inquiry after being shown our follow-up disclosure, we may use that information to respond and conduct related follow-up where permitted by law. You do not need to make a second request for each response concerning the same inquiry.

We do not treat anonymous browsing, a pause in conversation, or silence as express consent to communications or disclosures that require affirmative permission.

3. Contact and communications

Inquiry follow-up. If you provide contact information in connection with your real estate needs, GoSellGoBuy and personnel acting on its behalf may contact you about those needs, requested services, reports, and related opportunities, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

Follow-up may occur after your chat ends and may include more than one attempt. Depending on the permissions available and applicable requirements, we may use email, personal telephone calls, or inquiry-related text messages. Supplying a telephone number does not, by itself, authorize every type of call or text.

Promotional email. Where permitted, we may send email about relevant real estate information, services, and offers without requiring a separate marketing checkbox. You may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in the message.

Automated marketing calls and texts. Where express written consent or another specific permission is required, we obtain it through an appropriate consent process before sending covered communications. That consent is not required to purchase goods or services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Stopping contact. You may ask the sender to stop contacting you. Marketing emails include unsubscribe instructions. For texts that accept replies, you may reply STOP or otherwise clearly request that messages stop. You may also submit a request through our business privacy-request form.

We honor applicable opt-outs and revocations within required timeframes. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily prevent legally required notices or nonpromotional messages needed to complete a separate request you make.

4. Service providers and professional introductions

We may disclose information to providers that support hosting, AI responses, research, customer relationship management, communications, security, and other business operations.

Messages and relevant conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. Cloudflare provides hosting and related infrastructure and security services. Submitted inquiries and conversation records may be transferred to GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for inquiry management. Authorized personnel may receive internal lead alerts and review relevant conversation records.

When you request property research, property addresses and relevant search terms may be sent to public-web search services or property-data providers. Research results may be cached.

Participating professionals. When you request or affirmatively accept an introduction after being shown the sharing disclosure, we may provide your contact information, property interests, and relevant inquiry details to a participating licensed real estate professional serving your area.

Participating professionals may pay us for advertising, marketing, or lead services. These disclosures may qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information under some state laws. We honor applicable consent requirements and opt-out rights. A professional introduction does not independently authorize communications that require additional consent.

Outside professionals operate under their own privacy practices and are responsible for their services and communications. We do not guarantee their availability, performance, or suitability.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

5. Storage, retention, and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, considering the nature of the inquiry, ongoing relationships, consent and suppression records, legal requirements, security needs, and dispute resolution.

Information may remain in restricted backups or legally required records after an operational record is deleted. We may retain limited suppression information to avoid contacting someone who has opted out.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

The informational chat does not require an account. We do not automatically know an anonymous visitor’s name, email address, or telephone number solely because they open the chat.

6. Property reports and external resources

If you explicitly choose to publish an unlisted property report, it may include the property address, public sources, research findings, and property-condition or timeline details you supplied.

Anyone holding the report link can access it. It is not password protected. Reports are designed to expire from public access after 90 days; link expiration does not necessarily delete underlying records or backups.

Published reports are not intended to include your name, email address, or telephone number. Avoid including private information in property notes.

External websites and resources have their own terms and privacy practices. Their operators may receive ordinary connection information when you access their resources.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask us to stop contacting you, correct inquiry information, or review a privacy concern through business privacy-request form.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, or delete personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; or appeal a decision.

Provide enough information to locate your inquiry, but do not submit identity documents or sensitive information unless reasonably necessary through an appropriate verification process.

We may verify requests and apply exceptions permitted by law. Where an appeal right applies, submit an appeal through the same form and identify the decision you want reviewed. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and honor applicable rights without unlawful discrimination.

Withdrawal of permission applies prospectively. It does not undo completed disclosures or require deletion of records we are lawfully entitled or required to retain.

8. Service terms

By submitting a message or request after these terms have been clearly presented or linked with notice of agreement, you agree to these service terms. If you do not agree, do not submit messages or requests.

The service is intended for adults age 18 or older seeking information about U.S. real estate. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information.

Information and professional review. Link is an AI assistant and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Property records, prices, sale histories, availability, estimates, and comparisons may be outdated or incorrect.

Information is provided for general educational purposes. It is not an appraisal, verified brokerage comparative market analysis, legal or tax advice, loan approval, offer, or guarantee of value or results. Verify material information with original sources and appropriately licensed professionals.

No representation relationship. Using GoSellGoBuy does not create an agency, brokerage, attorney-client, lender-client, or other professional relationship. Representation, transaction services, and professional fees require a separate agreement with the relevant provider.

Your submissions. You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive permission to host, reproduce, process, summarize, and transmit that information to operate the service and perform the purposes disclosed in this notice, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices. This permission does not replace consent required for particular marketing communications or disclosures.

Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate others, misuse another person’s contact details, seek discriminatory housing assistance, interfere with security, or use the service unlawfully. We support equal housing opportunity.

Availability and limitations. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features. Reports, introductions, and response times are not guaranteed. Do not rely on this service for urgent transaction instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates. We may update this notice and these terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes will receive any notice required by law. Updates do not retroactively establish consent where new permission is required.
